  • Check-in to Fontainebleau Hotel, South Beach, Miami. Check-in is at 4 PM. If you arrive early, the hotel bell staff will arrange to check your luggage.

Sun. 

U.S. Guests Arrive in Miami

Oct. 11th

6:30 – 8:30 PM: Spectra Welcome Reception 

  • Kickstart your vacation with dinner as a team at Fontainebleu Hotel. Attire: Smart Casual.

7-9 AM: Breakfast at the Hotel 

Oct. 12th

11 AM: Check-Out of Fontainebleau Hotel

12:30 PM: Check-In for Royal Caribbean Cruise

  • Check-in to the Wonder of the Seas. Get settled in your room. 

4:30 PM: The Wonder of the Seas Sets Sail

  • Our cruise will depart from Miami. 

Dinner Aboard Wonder of the Seas

  • 0nce booking numbers have been provided and you have access to the Royal Caribbean app, the Cruise Planner schedule will assign you the time, table, seat in the Main Dining Room. The Royal Caribbean app will also include attire information.  
     
    All dining in the Main Dining Room at your assigned time and table is provided by Spectra.  
    Guests are responsible for costs if you choose to dine outside of dining times and areas.

DAY AT SEA

  • Our day will be spent sailing. Enjoy the cruise ship at your leisure.

  • Join the entire Spectra Logic team for a VIP Cocktail Party at the Music Hall on Wonder of the Seas.

8 AM – 5 PM: Dock at Perfect Day CocoCay Bahamas

Oct. 15th

  • Spend the day at Royal Caribbean’s private island, Perfect Day CocoCay Bahamas. Excursion details TBD.

Q: What travel documents do I need?

U.S. Nationalities 
In order to sail, a guest must meet at least have at least one of the below options. All documents must be original – no photocopies. Your name must match across documents. 

  • U.S. Passport Book OR U.S. Passport Card. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after your cruise ends 

  • Original U.S. Birth Certificate AND Valid Government Issued ID (State ID Card, Driver’s License OR Military ID). U.S. Birth Certificates must be the original or an official document issued by the government. 

  • Permanent Resident Card (Alien Resident Card "ARC" OR Green Card) AND Valid Passport from Country of Citizenship. Guests must bring their physical Permanent Resident Card and it must be original – no photocopies. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after your cruise ends. Guests age 16 and older whose ARC has no photo must present a valid government issued photo ID Barbados & Martinique require ARC guests to provide a valid passport. Any additional requirements are the responsibility of the guest. 

  • Original U.S. Naturalization Certificate AND Valid Government Issued ID (State ID Card, Driver’s License OR Military ID). Guests must bring their physical Permanent Resident Card and it must be original – no photocopies. 

  • Enhanced Driver’s License (EDL) that is not expired. Enhanced Driver's Licenses are only available from the following states: Michigan, Minnesota, New York, Vermont and Washington State. An Enhanced Driver’s License is different from a REAL ID compliant ID. An EDL will have a flag on the front. 

 

Other Nationalities 

In order to sail, a guest must meet the requirements below. All documents must be original – no photocopies. Your name must match across documents.  

  • Valid Passport from Country of Citizenship. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after your cruise ends. Additionally, visas or travel permits may be required to enter some countries. Please check requirements for your own nationality. Common visas are noted below.  

  • The United States may require an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) or visa depending on nationality. Please check requirements for your own nationality. 

  • Electronic Travel Authorization will be required based on disembarkation port. 

Q: What is the trip attire?

What is the dress code onboard all ships? | Royal Caribbean Cruises. Once booking numbers have been provided and you have access to the Royal Caribbean app, the Cruise Planner schedule will also display the recommended attire for each evening in the Main Dining Room.

Q: What if I’ve had a recent name change? 

Everyone will need to present an accepted form of identification to board the ship. It’s important that the name on your reservation appears exactly as it does on the government issued identification document(s) that you use to board the ship. 

If your name has changed since your document was issued, you will either need to update the name on that document, or bring an additional, official supporting document to help explain why the name is different. This can include one of the following: 

  • State, county or province-issued marriage license 

  • Divorce decree 

  • Government-issued name change document 

  • Official adoption papers 

U.S. citizens who are able to present a birth certificate plus a government ID for their itinerary, should keep in mind that the name on BOTH of these documents must match each other, and match the reservation. If they don’t, you’ll need a supporting document as listed above. Guests who do not bring required documents may be denied boarding. Learn more
